Hi, I´m Isabel from Brasília, Brazil.I´m an EFL teacher in a public language center called CILT( Centro Interescolar de Línguas de Taguatinga). It would be nice if the other members also posted here.

I've resized your picture, Isabel. If you want you can delete the big one (and this message too) (((((Isabel))))) Claudia
How did you do that, Claudia?Using Paint?-Isabel

This is how I did it, Isabel:

  1. I pasted your picture in Paint
  2. I resized it (dragging one of its angles)
  3. I opened it with Microsoft Office Picture Manager (my default picture viewer). It has an "Edit image" option which allows you to change size and compress.
Look for more in "Working with images" Claudia

Hi everyone

My name's Illya and I'm from the US but have been living in Switzerland for so long that I'm now rather Swiss! I really enjoy this group and all the wonderful people!

Hello, My name's Paul. I'm from England and now living and working in northern Thailand. I'm busily trying to integrate Powerpoint, Moodle, Flash screen captures (via Captivate) and video into my teaching. This is me taking a break on a speedboat on a nearby lake.

Hi here! My name is Nina. I am from Ukraine. I've joined this wonderful collaborative group long ago, but mostly feel to be lurker because of my business and private trips around this year. It seems a bit difficult for me to catch with all the activities you have been doing. Anyway, I will try to do my best. ;-)

Hello! I’m Valentina Dodge.

I’m British but have spent most my life abroad. I have been an EFL teacher at the University of Naples (Italy) for over 10 years.I live in Salerno with my two children (11+15) where I also run my own “24hour” Business English courses for local companies. I have recently become involved in teacher training (collaborative/task based face-to-face project work)

I have worked and learned online and find it exciting, rewarding and demanding!

- as an e-tutor on a British Council pilot professional development course managed in collaboration with the Local Regional Education Authorities offering online English training courses to Italian state-school teachers.

-as a trainee and trainer on courses run by www.theconsultants-e.com.

You can read more about me at

If you need any help or support I'm here email me or skype

(skypename valentina24hours).
